Schedule Your Mediation:
Mediation Rate Schedule
Mediations involving two to three parties are billed at a rate of $525 per hour. If there are four or more parties involved in the mediation the rate is $600 per hour. My services also require a one-hour administrative fee and four hour minimum mediation time. There is no travel time fee for mediations within Duval, St. Johns, Baker and Nassau Counties. Mediations held outside of those four counties are billed at one hour of travel time each way at the applicable hourly rate, plus any out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred, including airfare and hotel, if required.
The total invoice is divided equally between all involved parties unless agreed otherwise. While counsel typically bill their respective client for that party’s share of the mediation fee, it is the direct responsibility of counsel, not their client, to pay the mediation fee allocable to their client. Should a cancellation occur 10 or less days in advance of the scheduled mediation date, a four-hour charge for the canceled mediation, along with any preparation time already incurred as of that cancellation notification, will be charged to the parties.
