$250 per hour, per party; 4 hour minimum charge for a half-day mediation;
8 hour minimum for a full day mediation;
Mediations for four or more parties will be charged pro rata at the 3 party rate;
Cancellation fee is equal to the time reserved for the mediation;
Cancellation fee will be imposed if the mediation is cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the start of the scheduled mediation. Notification must be received by Sheftall Mediation ten (10) days before the start time to avoid being charged the full minimum charge listed above.
